- Administration designs responsive, differentiated, inquiry-based weekly professional development at school. This professional development is framed with a growth mindset, building on teachers’ accomplishments while supporting them to become more effective teachers.
- Teachers new to Gateway participate in site-based professional development that supports their transition to and success in our unique school environment.
- Teachers engage in ongoing collaboration both within disciplines & across disciplines.
- Teachers are encouraged to access outside professional development opportunities, sometimes individually but often in teams so that they can proactively bring their learning back to the classroom.
