Description
This class lets teens step away from their studies and take time for themselves. They can stretch it out and breathe deeply, feeling calmer and more confident and facing the day with strength and a positive outlook. Specifically designed for middle school students. Beginners welcome!
Thursdays from 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Open to all middle school students. Registration is required.
