Camp Mendocino Leaders in Training Program (LIT)

Description

The Leaders in Training program is a job readiness program designed to offer teens exposure to job readiness skill sets, as well as life skills, all while having fun and building relationships in the redwood forest at a residential camp! The program offers a variety of teen leadership activities designed to develop or enhance skills like communication, conflict management, time management, basic youth development, money management, and career preparation. LITs serve as role models, support staff members at Camp, generate enthusiasm, and walk away with so many skills.
