Oasis For Girls - Summer 2020

Oasis For Girls partners with young women in high school to help them cultivate the skills, knowledge, and confidence to discover their dreams and build strong futures.

The summer programs are open to young women, ages 14-18, from a variety of communities in San Francisco. Participants are paid a stipend to learn the skills they need to excel in their passions and gain access to resources across the Bay Area.

Beginner Unity Game Design Workshop

This is an introductory workshop facilitated by Mission Bit Student Ambassadors. No game design or coding experience necessary.

When: April 23rd, 3:30pm - 5pm

Join us early from 3pm - 3:30pm for a prepping session (includes help with downloading Unity and the game kit).

Enterprise for Youth

Enterprise for Youth - Online Job Readiness Program

During our online program, youth will create and refine their resume, learn how to craft a cover letter, practice professional communication, develop a 30-second elevator pitch and participate in multiple rounds of practice interviews.  

UC Berkeley Big Data Bootcamp coding class

UCB is hosting a free, fully remote 8-week bootcamp every Saturday starting on October 3. It will be available to all high school students. At these weekly sessions, they will learn how to code in Python and how they can apply data science concepts to real-world applications.
